Ridgid Miter Saw Cord Wrap Brackets
Description
PDFThe cord-wrap bracket on my miter saw broke and there is no replacement available so I designed and printed one.
This is my first attempt at Fusion 360 and printing. It fits and it solved the problem so I call that a success!
If you print-one, please post a make so I can see if anyone else is benefiting.
2019-01-11 UPDATE:
I re-did the front-mount as well so I have a matched set. The front-bracket is a bit different the way it fits (arched and slightly shallower).
Both brackets are designed to use the existing screws to hold them and on my saw fit perfectly.

Notes:
No supports required if you print it top-down. There is a .4mm layer at the bottom of the countersink you need to drill-out - that avoids having to use supports.
Infil is personal preference. I think this would be fine with less infil - but doesn't take that long to print.Tags
