Zyliss Vice Pads for my new to me (used) Zyliss vice. If you are looking you likely know about this vice and the fact parts are very difficult if not impossible to find.

These are a very good fit on both Zyliss vices I have - one more new than the other.

Print Settings

Printer:

FLSUN i3 2017 Version

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

.2

Infill:

25%

Filament: Amazon Basics PLA Red

Notes:

Depending on how your slicer imports this - you may need some rotating to get it to print.

If you print upside-down and use whatever "lay flat" option you have in your slicer - no supports are required. There are no right-angles on this so rotating and trying to guess the angle might not work.

25% infil seems to give more than enough strength with 3-permitters. The Zyliss is used for woodworking and you don't need enough clamping power to break plastic.

You may want to experiment with infill and layer heights to see what works better for you. I don't have any flexible filament - that's another option.

Depending on your printer and vice you may need some minor filing to get it to fit snugly and flat to the top.
