Simplified prism caps

This is a simplified version of prisms of the original PrismLume (see remix source). I have remodeled it from scratch after the original prisms to remove brittle snap-fit flaps. They should be drop-in replacements for original Prisms.

Remodelled prism caps to have continuous inset border instead of brittle pegs. Not very accurate, but should work.
