M5 Bleeding Funnel for Shimano Hydraulic Brakes

A M5 bleeding funnel for Shimano hydraulic brakes. 

Allows you to remove the air from the braking system.  I tested it with SHIMANO BR-MT420 brakes. Another tool for bleeding breaks you can find in my models.

You will need two o-ring to assembly the bleeding set. One needs to be add to the end of the stick and the smaller one to the screw on the top of the funnel.

O-ring dimensions:

• stick o-ring: 8.5mm o-ring with 2mm height and 5mm interna diameter
• screw o-ring: 7.5mm o-ring with 2mm height and 4mm internal diameter

If you don't have the mentioned o-ring syou can just print it with tpu :).

  • infill: 20%
  • no support needed
  • print with the screw on the top
• stick
  • pla
  • infil: 20%
  • for the stick print it standing on the bigger, flat bottom
  • no support needed
  • you may add some brim if you have adhesion problems
