Le produit présenté est un support/présentoir. Ce support peut être utilisé pour supporter un téléphone portable ou une tablette tactile ( ~ 3.7" à 10.1"). Il peut également servir de présentoir pour des revues ou des livres… Plusieurs versions du produit ont été conçues et fabriquées avant celle-ci.

L'ensemble imprimable est composé de 2 pièces : Support tablette pt1 et Support tablette pt2. 

Pour pouvoir fonctionner, le support doit être assemblé à l'aide d'une vis CHC M3x18, d'un écrou H M3 nylstop et d'une clé Allen de taille 2.5.

L'image ci dessous montre les pièces nécessaires pour le montage du support.

Étape 1 : Insertion de l'écrou dans le support tablette pt1

Insérer l'écrou dans le support tablette pt1. La partie en nylon de l'écrou doit être tournée vers l’extérieur du support

Utiliser la technique de tirage de l'écrou de Josef Prusa avec la vis M3 et une clé Allen.

Étape 2 : Assemblage des deux parties du support

Assembler les deux pièces support tablette pt1 et support tablette pt2.

Étape 3 : “Blocage” du support

Visser et serrer la vis m3x18 dans l'écrou contre le support tablette à l'aide de la clé Allen.

Ne pas trop serrer, sinon les pièces risquent de se casser.

Une vis suffisamment serrée permet au présentoir de supporter le poids d'une grande tablette tactile.

The product introduced here is a phone/tablet stand. It can be used to hold a smartphone or a tablet ( ~ 3,7" to 10,1"). It can be used as a stand to expose books or magazines as well… Several versions have been designed and made before this. 

The whole printable is composed of 2 parts : Support tablette pt1 and Support  tablette pt2.

To work, the phone stand has to be assembled. The process needs one M3x18 screw, one H M3 nut nylstop and a 2,5 Allen wrench.

The picture below shows the required parts to assembly the phone stand.

Step 1 : Inserting the nut inside the support tablette pt1

Put the nut inside the support tablette pt1. The nylon part has to be oriented toward the outside of the phone stand.

Please use the Josef Prusa screw pulling technic with the M3 screw and the Allen wrench.

Step 2 : Assembly of the two phone stand parts

Assemble the two parts support tablette pt1 and support tablette pt2.

Step 3 : “Blockading” of the phone stand

Screw and tighten the M3x18 screw inside the nut against the phone stand using the Allen wrench.

Don't tighten too much the screw, otherwise the parts can break.

A screw with an adequate tight allow the phone stand to hold a big tablet.

Zde představený produkt je stojan na telefon/tablet. Lze jej použít k držení smartphonu nebo tabletu (~ 3,7" až 10,1"). Může být také použit jako stojan na vystavení knih nebo časopisů… Předtím bylo navrženo a vyrobeno několik verzí.

Celý tisk se skládá ze 2 částí: Support tablette pt1 a Support tablette pt2. Aby fungoval, je třeba sestavit stojánek na telefon.

Proces vyžaduje jeden šroub M3x18, jednu matici H M3 nylstop a imbusový klíč 2,5.

Níže uvedený obrázek ukazuje požadované díly pro montáž stojanu na telefon.

Krok 1: Vložení matice do support tablette pt1

Vložte matici dovnitř support tablette pt1. Nylonová část musí být orientována směrem k vnější straně stojánku telefonu.

Použijte prosím techniku stahování šroubů Josef Prusa se šroubem M3 a imbusovým klíčem.

Krok 2: Sestavení dvou částí stojanu na telefon

Sestavte dvě části support tablette pt1 a support tablette pt2.

Krok 3: „Zablokování“ stojánku telefonu

Našroubujte a utáhněte šroub M3x18 uvnitř matice proti stojánku telefonu pomocí imbusového klíče. 

Šroub příliš neutahujte, jinak by se části mohly zlomit.

Přiměřeně utažený šroub umožňuje stojánku telefonu uchytit velký tablet.

Das hier vorgestellte Produkt ist ein Telefon-/Tablet-Ständer. Es kann verwendet werden, um ein Smartphone oder ein Tablet ( ~ 3,7" bis 10,1") zu halten. Es kann auch als Ständer zum Ausstellen von Büchern oder Zeitschriften verwendet werden... Mehrere Versionen wurden zuvor entworfen und hergestellt.

Das gesamte Printable besteht aus 2 Teilen: Support tablette pt1 und Support tablette pt2.

Um zu arbeiten, muss der Telefonständer montiert werden. Der Prozess benötigt eine M3x18 Schraube, eine H M3 Mutter Nylstop und einen 2,5 Inbusschlüssel.

Das Bild unten zeigt die erforderlichen Teile zum Zusammenbau des Telefonständers.

Schritt 1: Einsetzen der Mutter in die support tablette pt1

Setzen Sie die Mutter in die support tablette pt1 ein.

Das Nylonteil muss zur Außenseite des Telefonständers ausgerichtet sein.

Bitte verwenden Sie die Josef Prusa Schraubenziehtechnik mit der M3 Schraube und dem Innensechskantschlüssel.

Schritt 2: Zusammenbau der beiden

Telefonständerteile Montieren Sie die beiden Teile support tablette pt1 und support tablette pt2.

Schritt 3: „Blockierung“ des Telefonständers

Schrauben Sie die M3x18-Schraube in der Mutter mit dem Inbusschlüssel gegen den Telefonständer.

Ziehen Sie die Schraube nicht zu fest an, da sonst die Teile brechen können.

Eine Schraube mit einem ausreichenden Festsitz ermöglicht es dem Telefonständer, ein großes Tablet zu halten
