FT PANEL CLIPS (for 2020 extrusions)

FT Panel Clips work with Voron 2.4 / Trident or any other squared frame printer using 2020 extrusions. They have been designed to remove the need for any hardware (hammer head t-nuts and screws). 

INTRODUCTION

These panel clips were designed to make servicing the printer easier with the quick release design. All parts to mount the panels are printed and serve as a direct replacement for the original panel mounts.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

The Voron 2.4 and Trident uses 3mm thick clear panels (with 3mm foam tape) and 4mm thick black rear panel (with 1mm foam tape). 

1. Rear panel
   1. Install 1mm foam tape around the edges of the panels where they meet the extrusions
   2. mount the 4mm rear panel using the parts labeled S1/Set 1
   3. Should you prefer to use the Low Profile Keys then use the Key Tool to install them as this provides a good grip to push down and turn the keys
2. Side and top panel
   1. Install 3mm foam tape around the edges of the panels where they meet the extrusions
   2. mount the 3mm panels using the parts labeled S2/Set 2
   3. Should you prefer to use the Low Profile Keys then use the Key Tool to install them as this provides a good grip to push down and turn the keys

LDO specs for the Top and rear panel are to use 3mm panels with 1mm foam tape. For this a 3rd set has been created.

1. Rear and Top LDO panels
   1. Install 1mm foam tape around the edges of the panels where they meet the extrusions
   2. mount the 3mm panels using the parts labeled S3/Set 3
   3. Should you prefer to use the Low Profile Keys then use the Key Tool to install them as this provides a good grip to push down and turn the keys
