THIS THING IS PROVIDED "AS IS"! USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I'm not responsible if your dear camera hits the ground!
This is a two-piece adapter. Main body can easily withstand stretching load. It takes bending but may degrade if you bend it too much (last photo shows how it one side handles the whole camera weight) . A second very thin part just prevents the pins from slipping out and is not load-bearing.
I printed it with PETG, full infill, and randomized seams.I trust it, much better than nothing! You better not use it to dangle that beastly camera on your hip. Why? It is expected to handle static load just fine (it goes along the layers), but i'm not confident in its ability to handle forces that try to rip it from the pin or bend it. Diameter difference between pin and its cap are not that big.
How to use: Clip the central hole over the camera peg and guide it to a smaller cirle. Slide a cap over and put a PD thingie over this sandwich.
