The idea is simple, I wanted a case with a sliding + locking mechanism that can store a pair of SD cards + a few MicroSD cards, as I usually have a MicroSD + adapter in my camera. I wanted the case itself to be easy to store somewhere convenient, so I thought “Why not have it credit card sized ?”
A few measurements, about half an hour in Fusion 360 and a few test prints later, SDWallet was there ! just in time for my next trip.

SDWallet can fit 2 full size SD cards + 5 MicroSD cards. I added a few notches to help you get the cards out of the slide using your finger.
The case part has a small groove into which a tongue on the slide part locks into. If you have a hard time opening it back up, I designed another groove that you can slide a fingernail into to help you grab the slide.
Here is a picture with a credit card sized transport ticket next to it for reference. The whole assembly is 4mm thick.
I designed both parts to be printed without supports, and tolerances have also been taken into accound in the design. However, depending on your print settings/calibration, it might be too tight of a fit, if it is the case, print the Case part a little larger, by increments of .5%, or you can slide both parts back and forth a few times.
All the parts were designed to be printed with a .4mm nozzle and .2mm layer height, I printed mine out of PLA.
If you end up using my design, don't forget to post your make !
