Those parts are various mounts that allow Ay-Up lights to be attached to GoPro style mounts.
The “band” styles require the Ay-Up rubber strap for mounting while the “clip” types clip to the light directly, no strap required.
I'm not really a fan of 3D-printed “clips”, at least from common material like PETG. Often those clips either break easily or are so thick that it's hard for them to clip. Both types do work for me - you've been warned though, please don't complain about the clip type breaking ;-)
And then there are the “GPclip” types which also incorporate the GoPro clip. Needless to say that I trust those even less, although they seem to hold for now. Your choice really.
Print with maximum strength, I.e. 100% infill and run your nozzle hot. I'd suggest to print the “2fin” types with the Ay-Up side on the plate, the GoPro fins pointing upwards and enabling all supports.
