SBL2 LVAW Handguard

This is an SBL2 Handguard based after the Sig MCX LVAW. It *does* not have enough clearance to fit an Andromeda inside. @Dima_Designs_641849 did the General shape, I did the pattern
I will work alongside him on one later that is longer and wider for that purpose.
