I was frustrated that the LVAC-200 - while being a pretty good vacuum - was a bit lacking in the organization department. It only comes with a wall hook for hanging the vacuum itself, nothing for the two nozzles or the stick & vacuum head when you're using just a nozzle. So I designed this to fill that gap!
It uses the included hook and screws, and just goes between the hook and the wall. It includes two slots for the included nozzles, a space to dock the stick and head when not in use underneath, and some clips for the power cable.
Some notes:
- Fits on a Prusa Mini!
- The clips for the power cable are good for maybe one insertion, and may break anyways. They aren't great lol but one of them should stay together long enough to use.
- The tolerance for the locking tab for the stick mount is a little tight. You may want to deburr it with a blade or something, but after a couple dozen dockings and undockings it should work a little better. Either way, push the tab down when docking the arm just to be sure.
- PLA should be fine indoors - I printed PETG because mine is in an Arizona garage where it will get a bit warm. Add an extra perimeter and a little extra infill to be safe, but the strength only matters if you use the stick dock on the bottom - the nozzles weigh nothing and the vacuum itself uses the included mount so it shouldn't affect the print at all.
- Print in the orientation uploaded - add some supports in the cavity for the stick and for the top lip of where the hook sits - automatic painting in PrusaSlicer will take care of everything you need.
I've included the Fusion file in case you want to take a spin at it.
