I print without supports with an 0.6mm nozzle and 0.15mm layer height, and it works fine.
I find this head worn microphone really pinches around the top of my ears after even relatively short use, and with these attachments, it spreads the pressure a lot more evenly over the top and behind them as well.
It took a little while to get this right from my head, and I went through a few prototypes. All heads are different, so I make no promises about this working for anyone else, but it might be a jump off point for somebody else looking to do a similar thing!
Note: that two halves of each attachment have locator holes, so they should only fit one way, and the left attachment shouldn't fit easily on the right ear and vice versa. They are designed (insomuch as you can call it a design!) to be glued together if they are found useful.
