A regulation beverage deserves a regulation coaster. This Ian coaster is large enough to fit a Gurpler on it, and features a nose where the hair should be, mouth in the middle, and standard ears.
Designed to be easily printed at 0.2mm layer height.
In both the one piece and multipiece variants, total thickness is 2mm. The secondary color (in my case white) is 0.4 mm thick on both models, which should be enough for vibrant color, whatever your choice. I used an “infill perimeter overlap” modifier at 15% to reduce some small gaps I saw in my first test print, but YMMV.
Use the multipiece variant if you want to print it so that the two colors sit flush. I used PrusaSlicer for the one in the example photo, starting with the Multipiece - Main.stl and adding the other three pieces as parts to that. I also like the finish I get from printing it face down on a satin powder coated sheet, so just flip it 180 in the Y axis if you want to do that.
Use the one piece variant if you don't have a multiextruder printer, don't want to go through the hassle of creating a fake mulitextruder profile like I used, or don't want the two colors to be flush. Add a color change at 1.8mm for your secondary color.
