The kids wanted to put Legos on the switch plates but I didn't see any available to replace the Eaton 2-Gang PJS262__ Screwless Decoration wall plate... so I create one using Fusion360.
This requires a 3d printer that is calibrated pretty well for accuracy of printing to get Legos to not be too tight or too loose. If you use Cura slicer, you can adjust Horizontal Expansion with a negative number to bring all outside wall lines inward toward the inner walls to reduce the size of the pegs on the plate. I use a Horizontal Expansion of -0.04 to bring the outer walls in by 0.04mm. You will likely need to go up or down by 0.01mm until the pegs fit properly. I included a test piece that you can play with that setting to get the tightness of the fit just right before printing the whole wall plate.

Use Supports on Buildplate only setting so that support doesn't get on top of the little tabs which might break while you take support off. The pegs should be up when printing.
A brim is recommended. Better yet is to use a skirt with a 0.02mm Skirt Distance to emulate a brim so that only the outside gets a skirt. Brim on Outside with Cura doesn't work with this model. If the brim goes on the inside it makes cleanup a lot harder.The author marked this model as their own original creation. Imported from Thingiverse.
