Description:

Here is a functional pair of scissors (to an extent)

I haven't done too much testing on durability, but they can cut through paper, cardboard, and masking tape.

Could be better if printed with PETG.

Let me know what you think!

I designed these with SolidWorks and printed them on my P1S

The use of super glue on the the pins will prolong the life and proficiency

Settings:

0.1 mm Layer Height

100% Infill

2 Walls

20 mm/s Initial Speed

Snug support

No brim or raft necessary (if build plate is clean)

No other modes

Assembly:

First, remove the support from underneath “Scissors O”

Put the Angled Spacer in the hole it belongs

Like so ^

Next, insert “Pin F” into the top of “Scissors O” so that the flange is flush with the edges

It will stick out the bottom like so ^

Add “Scissors X” on top and place it at an angle

Add “Pin M” to the other side

Use some form of help to push the two pins together. In my case, I used my channel lock wrench

And you're finished!

Enjoy!!
