Just made 5mm holes for the cord. And the drilling guide needs a diameter of 24,2mm instead of 24mm.
But the result is top!

hello, thank you very much, I will try to do it. I have only one question concerning "Drill a 4mm hole in every of the three broomsticks, but only ca. ⅔ of diameter - exactly at the right angle" --> what do you mean with 2/3 of diameter? thank you!!!
sorry I think I understand. You mean not to completely drill though the broomstick?
@ricky0351 exactly - if you drill in one step through the broomstick from one side there is a high risk that your hole is not straight through the middle of the broomstick.
