Adapter sides 2 inch for Prusa spools

I use Prusa spools for all my refills and could not get a good grip on the nut and gear to tighten the spool enough to rotate. Unless I wanted to do serious damage to my hand on the gear. I downloaded and used @PeteProdoehl non-threaded rear axle and then modified the 2inch side adapters to have a slot that takes advantage of the notch in Prusa spools to turn them without torquing down on the threaded parts to secure the spools.
