Kärcher SE2 Car - koncovka 9037-1920

Překreslil jsem plasovou koncovku sací hadice tepovače Kärcher SE 2 Car, která, po několika málo použití, podélně praskla. Na internetu jsem zjistil, že nejsem jediný, komu se koncovka poškodila. Že by výrobní vada?  Bohužel jsem tuto koncovku nenašel jako samostatný náhradní díl k objednání. K dispozici je pouze originální sací hadice jako celek, včetně koncovek a nástřikové hadičky, za poměrně vysokou cenu. 

Doporučené nastavení tisku:

Můžete se pokusit tisknout na FDM tiskárně, ale doporučuji spíše SLA, jako v  mém případě. Na koncovce je totiž kritické místo a tím je západka, která se při vyjmutí z tepovače tlačí směrem k tělu koncovky. Západka je v místě napojení na tělo koncovky značně namáhaná. To by, pro vyšší pevnost, vyžadovalo orientovat díl osou vodorovně s podložkou, čili množství podpěr a tím pádem i “nehezký” vzhled.
