Curd cover / Quarkdeckel

It has always annoyed me that an opened quark package cannot be closed again. The aluminum foil always bends upwards and the quark dries out. 

That's why I designed a curd cover. It is designed for the aluminum foil to stay on the cup and the lid slides over it. This minimizes food contact and cleaning effort and ensures a better seal of the pack. 

At the request from friends, many different sizes are now available and included here as STL files. If requested, I can add more at very short notice. In addition to length and width, the required dimensions are the corner radii and the edge height (including foil). 

The covers should be printed with PETG (possible food contact) and without supports.

Mich hat es schon immer geärgert, dass sich eine geöffnete Quarkpackung nicht wieder verschließen lässt. Die Alufolie biegt sich immer nach oben und der Quark trocknet aus.

Deshalb habe ich einen Quarkdeckel entworfen. Das Design sieht vor, dass die Aluminiumfolie drauf bleibt und der Deckel darüber gleitet. Dies minimiert den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln und den Reinigungsaufwand und sorgt für eine bessere Abdichtung der Packung.

Auf Anfrage von Freunden sind inzwischen sehr viele verschiedene Größen vorhanden und als STL-Dateien hier enthalten, auf Wunsch kann ich sehr kurzfristig weitere hinzufügen. Die benötigten Maße sind neben Länge und Breite die Ecken-Radien und die Randhöhe (incl. Folie).

Gedruckt werden sollten die Deckel  mit PETG (evtl. Lebensmittelkontakt) und ohne Supports.
