This is a tool that I modeled to make clean and perpendicular cuts in PTFE, using a regular x-acto or a snap-off knife.

It also has a scale in centimeters to measure before cutting.

It can be printed in a single color or in two colors to highlight the ruler marks.

Recommended settings:

  • 0.20 Layer height
  • 3 or more top/bottom layers
  • 10% or more grid infill
  • No supports or brim needed
