11181-75010 - Toyota Hiace Head Coolant Blocking Plate

Rear plate for your Toyota Hi-Ace or other 2RE motor. 

Mine rusted though and had a pin hole leak, will result in a leak around the right hand side of the transmission body.

Toyota sell them for <$20 but are often 4 weeks out so this will give you an option to have it laser cut and back on the road.

I used 3mm stainless, 2mm should work as well. Don't go too much thicker as they bolts will not have enough thread.

Clean and polish the head area before applying a head gasket sealant and fitting. 

I wouldn't recommend trying to 3d print with FDM but hey, PETG melting temps ~260 deg C it might get you home or to the next town for a more permanent repair.
