These two models are front and rear caps to provide limited protection to the glass on an EOTech Model G33 Magnifier.
I've found that, when shooting at the range, the glass collects quite a bit of debris from my rifle. These covers provide some manner of protection from dirt and debris while shooting and, more importantly, while in storage or off of the rifle in a range bag or case.
The covers are sized to have a moderate friction fit on the optic. They are likely to fall off during use, which is fine for me. I'm mostly interested in using them as a “dust cover” and “scratch protection” during storage.
They have a knurled texture for ease of use.
I printed them with PLA, but PETG would be great. 0.15 layer height and 15% infill, but any setting should work decently. You have to print them in black or FDE, though, because it's tacti-cool.
