Rails to slide Stanley organizer into IKEA TROFAST shelf

Overview

• Rails to slide a Stanley small parts organizer into an IKEA TROFAST storage unit.
• Each rail is split into two pieces (LHS/RHS) which snap together with a dovetail joint. This was necessary because my print bed (Prusa Mini) is only 18 cm^3.

Check this fits your gear

• IKEA TROFAST 46×30×H – Units come in two widths, you need the one which is 46 cm wide. The rows of holes in mine are spaced 127.5 mm apart, vertically. 
• Stanley Pro organizer – Mine is 422 mm wide, and ~5.6 mm tall.

Parts required

You'll need three of each of the following, per rail:

• M4×10 threaded hex inserts (£1.18) – Screw these into the pre-drilled holes in the TROFAST unit
• M4×16 countersunk screws (£1.14)

Inspired by this model, but I designed from scratch, in order to fit two shallow organizers onto each set of rails.
