To keep the files size down, there is only one wheel shaft, you will have to print 4 of them, one right wheel and one left wheel, you have to print 2 of each. And one main axl, you will have to print 2.
Suggest you scale up to the max size of your build plate. It is possible to print a lot smaller but bigger is better lol.

I have included a stencil for air brushing the wheel hubs, Just makes it easier.
