some brands might have a tight fit just use the screw driver it'll ease up but you'll need pliers to remove the bits the 1st few times. 

updated both versions with slots for a 8mmx3mm magnet as long it 8mm you can use 3mm or lager. slots located inside the working end remove support and slid the magnet in.
