A pack of Slate Floor based miniature bases for all your wargaming needs (D&D, 40k and all the other abbreviations).
This pack contains multiple base shapes and sizes for use in different tabletop RPGs.
I've added as much as the “default” base sizes as possible, although Warhammer 40K likes to make it as difficult as possible to make any sense of their base sizes. The models should be nicely scalable (within reason) for sizes not included in this set. With some of the base textures the difference is negligible (especially for the smaller ones) if the texture doesn't have much definition, but I've included them for the odd chance that is exactly what someone needs.
It's probably best to print these with a resin printer due to the small scale and fine details. Some bases might work on a FDM printer if you set your layer heights small enough.
If you have any questions, spot a mistake, or have a request let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Additional notes
- These are not for commercial use. If you want to sell prints of them, use them in a commercial product or in any other commercial way, please get in touch.
- I've chosen the share-alike with attribution license to allow remixes and uses in other (non-commercial) models. Show me your creations!
- These are intended for resin printers. FDM might work with some, but the texture will suffer greatly.
- If you like these bases, please consider leaving a tip, and maybe I can get my pc to a state where it won't struggle with blender. A follow here on printables would also be very appreciated.
- Please share your makes and final minis! I'd like to see them in action :)

Pill shaped bases

(the pill shaped base is rectangular in shape with completely rounded edges on the short sides)

Hexegonal bases
Hexagon shaped bases are used as an alternative to the round D&D bases. The advantage of D&D hexagon bases over their round counterparts, is more freedom of movement and it solves the diagonal squares problem. (So no more discussions needed about wheter or not Pythagoras lived in the Forgotten Realms!)

- 50mm Hexagon Base - D&D: Large creatures
