Ford Type E "Rocket" Transmission Plug and Gasket

This is a set of either TPU Gasketed or solid Transmission Shifter plugs for all Ford and German Type E "Rocket and Dog Box Transmissions with a M42 x 1.5mm screw-in Shifter. This will work on most US/UK/German Transmissions, even the Quaife Transmissions.

I have included a Solid model (no gasket) and a 2-piece model that requires the use of TPU 95 for a gasket (if you want it sealed) Both work fine for storage, while the Gasket isn't needed since the tail-housing is sealed you can still get some gear oil in the rear casing, this also should keep dust and other fluids out.

I use these for storage since the Shifters are prone to leaking and also get in the way on the shelf, the gasketed version works really well when transporting a Spare Trans to the Track as a spare.
