Print with high infill. We like around 50%. Still, I wouldn't jam it into the dirt without making a bit of a hole for it first to ease the way. 

We used a .15 detail layer height, but a .2 would probably be fine as well. We also like to slow it down to about 50% of our normal speed for the top detail layers.
