I bought a Treedix USB cable tester on Amazon, but it comes as just a circuit board. There are a couple of cases that others have made, but I decided to try my hand at making my own.
I wanted to have the circuit board fully enclosed at the sides, with the usb sockets recessed, but easily accessible, and with the option to toggle the power switch from outside.
I designed this in Fusion - first I mocked up a model of the circuit board so I could ensure it would all fit together correctly.
There are two lid options - one plain, and one with "USB Cable Tester" text.
Needs M3 x 10-12 screws - 4 off.
Note: Flip the lid upside-down, and no supports should be needed. I placed top, bottom, and switch near to each other and used a raft to ensure it all stayed stuck (particularly since the switch is pretty small)
