I've been working on this for a while and it is still a work in progress but I've gotten it to a usable state.
The MOD-Case Portable is designed to support your favourite screwdriver. Currently the trays included are for the LTT screwdriver because that's the first one I started with. The next set of trays will be for my Picquic SixPac plus. If I get enough requests I will buy and design other trays however you can also design your own trays and post as a remix or send them to me and i can add them to the main file.
***SPECS***
The MOD-Case Portable holds 12 additional “shorty” and 4 regular bits there will be another version shortly that holds 16 regular bits.
The trays are not the same there is a top and bottom and they are not interchangeable! The measurements for them are:
There are a total of 12 magnets for this project. 6 for the top and 6 for the bottom. They are all 4mmx2mm round and are press fit however if you find them a little loose you can Glue them in place.
***Assembly***
Putting this together is fairly easy. Print out all of the parts. Next install the magnets, on one side of the case making sure that they all have the same polarity facing up. Do the same for the other side but make sure it's the opposite polarity so that both sides of the case attract each other and not push away. I found the easiest way to push the magnets in is to stick them to the bottom of a bit and then push them in.
IMPORTANT REMINDER! There is a top and bottom tray! DO NOT install them into the wrong side of the case. Now push the tray mostly into the case making sure to line up the shaft guide on the tray with the shaft guide on the case and press them together but not all the way. Then flip the case face down on the table and push the rest of the way so that the tray sits flush with the case. Now do the same for the other half.
***Things to Note***
***Future Updates***
Any help or modification to these files would be greatly appreciated!
Let's answer some Questions:
Q. Why is there a separate tray for the screwdriver handle?
A.Designing the holder took FOREVER and I had to print it every time I made a change, so i trimmed it down to just that tray so i could save on print time and make tiny changes. Then i realized if i just made it so this could just slot into the case then others could just make their own tray for other screw drivers so i left it that way.

TinkerCAD
Everything I make is done in Tinker! I have yet to find anything as intuitive but Tinker does lack a little power.
