TS101 Dremel Press Adapter

This adapter mount is designed for use with the Dremel Workstation 220 and the TS101 soldering iron for applying heat inserts. It fits centrally within the Dremel holder and is secured using a 3/4 inch x 12 revolutions per inch (12rpi) nut.

Material:

Any Material will work. 

I printed in ASA but even PLA is fine.

Slicer Settings:

Wall Thickness = 0.2

Infill = 20% minimum

Supports = Tree Supports Enabled

Wall Loops = 3 minimum

Orientation = Thread facing up 

Adjusted the thread pitch to ¾" x 12rpi for better alignment and enhanced the wall thickness at the high-stress concentration area atop the main thread to prevent failure during tightening. Modified the internal fit to mould around the ts-101 body and bottom out on the chamfered tip face, while adding an M3 nut slot instead of heat inserts. Increased the body's height to just below the first button for added support.
