These jigs are for routing your own MFT table with benchdog holes of size 20mm.
The first jig is used to establish a corner. The CC distance to the first holes from the corner is 70mm which is equal to the MFT/3. You will only need to use it once. Fix it carefully to the corner with some doublesided tape.
The second jig adds more holes with CC 96mm.
When creating holes you plunge route a hole and then trim it to size with an upwards spiraling flush trim router bit and finally bevel the holes with a beveling drillbit (or your prefered method). Routing benchdog holes is the prefered method, it creates a very clean and crisp wall.
Print the jigs using PLA 0.2 (I used PTEG but it became a little too flexible).
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
