Attaches to the tassle of a hanging planter to catch drips from the drain hole when watering.
You will need to use several modifiers on this if you would like the infill showing. You can print this without the infill showing if you prefer, it is primarily there to suppress splashes.
Create one the diameter of the inside of the tray. Set it high enough so there are 4 or 5 solid layers under it and then set it for no upper layers so that the infill shows. I suggest gyroid or 3D honeycomb as they have an open design allowing water to flow between the cells. I used 8% infill. 6 or 7% would probably be fine as well.
Create another one just a touch larger than the column and going down as far as the first modifier goes. The column will snap off from an 8% infill, so set this one to reinforce the base of the column with 3 or 4 walls and 20% infill or better.
Supports will be needed at the hook part of the column. Support painting of the underside of the hook works well for this.
Or use the .3mf file instead of the .STL.
Here's the design in Tinkercad. If you make any improvements, I'd love to see them.

The author remixed this model.
The drip catcher included with this is gorgeous, but more complex than needed for my purposes. I took the column from this drip catcher that hooks onto the bottom and put it into a simpler tray.
