I have been running 7 frames in my 8 frame supers for a few years for easier uncapping and was getting tired of the trial and error method of eyeballing the spacing and tweaking to get it right or getting crazy comb when I didn't. I found commercial versions available but they all looked cheesy and overpriced with Bad reviews so I designed my own. The spacing allows comb to be drawn equally on all frames when 5/16" bee space is accounted for between frames and between outer frames and wall, theoretical comb thickness of 1-7/16". Design is based on typical 8 frame box with ID of 12-½" & frames with 1" wide top bars.

The print fits on standard 250mm x 250mm bed diagonally. I printed with yellow PETG on a Bambu P1s with 5 top layers, 5 bottom layers, and 5 wall loops, 25% Gyroid infill. I also used a 5mm outer brim as I was concerned about warping but this may have been unnecessary. Print took about 3 hours and used about 100g of Filament, came out very strong.
