Print the pins one one side. Using brim ears worked well for me to keep them on the bed.

Printing the pins this way makes them much stronger than printing the entire wheel as one part.

The pins are marked A,B,C,D to match with the corresponding slots on the wheel so the bolt will fit properly to keep them in place. You can assemble the wheel and then push it into place on the vacuum. If you ever need to remove the wheel you can remove the central bolt and it should pull off the pins easily.

I printed these parts in PLA with 15% infill, except for the ‘tire' which I printed in TPU and slip over the main wheel. I think you could get by just fine with no tire.
