This one prints without supports, and as a single piece. A sheet of ABS or PC/Lexan can be inserted for a full fender. The slot is 170mm wide and fits a sheet 3mm thick. For my TFL WTF Rails I used sheet 420mm long, tho maybe 10mm or 20mm less would work and be lower profile.
