Skadis A1 hotend (and nozzle, silicone sock) holder

I printed it in the STL orientation and used tree supports for the hooks (required) and the top of the part (not required according to the original creator).

I really like the nozzle/hotend holder by djk, but use an IKEA Skadis and not the Multiboard system. I removed the multiboard plug and added skadis hooks using Tinkercad.
