EagleBalls - Golf Practice Balls

A simple practice golf ball that won't fly far. Practice in the yard, at the beach, or in a parking lot (hitting off a mat): the world is your practice course! Print it with glow-in-the-dark filament to enjoy at night. It accurately reflects slices and fades. Chip them into buckets or towards targets to challenge friends.

Intended to be printed with TPU. Other materials WILL dangerously shatter!

Customize with PrusaSlicer:

• Right click on the EagleBall, click Add Part > (Text/SVG)
• Depth 0.5mm
• Select Use surface (and Per glyph for text)
• Operation - Cut

Please note that when the gcode is visualized there should ONLY be consistent extrusions on every layer. The goal is to minimize ALL unnecessary retractions.

Recommended print settings:

• TPU
• PrusaSlicer with Arachne Perimeter Generator
• Recommended extrusion width 0.6mm or 0.4mm (the walls are 2.4mm thick, ideally the extrusion width factors into the wall thickness evenly)
