This is a parametric bobbin used in shuttles for weaving. To match my shuttles, I needed more bobbins of differing lengths.

no supports needed

Print the pins on a raft or with brims. Superglue the halves together.

I have attached my Fusion 360 file. Edit the parameters to adjust the dimensions.

Parameters

ID: inside diameter of the central shaft. adjust this to fit your bobbin winder

od: outside diameter of the central shaft; generally, I use 3.5mm greater od than ID, making a wall thickness of 1.75mm

flange: the diameter of the flange on each end needs to be small enough to fit in the shuttle and not interfere with the spinning of the bobbin

Length: the overall length of the bobbin

setback: the amount the flange is set back from the end of the bobbin. This helps with the free spinning of the bobbin in the shuttle to avoid a little setback, and the flange can rub against the curved end of the well in the shuttle.

Print the pins on a raft or with a brim.
