I upgraded to an android Navigation Radio system for my Fiat 500e. Since the vents have to be removed, the air would blow freely into the dash board, These vent redirect models make sure the air goes to the small vent included on the nav radio.
Here's the link to the radio I ordered, which I can confirm it works with:

I liked this radio because the integration. It wasn't very difficult to install, just had to make sure to connect the blue AMP wires to power the amp and all of our steering wheel controls work great, even the phone buttons. Sound quality is good, better than the OEM Alpine unit in the 500e. If you order a radio similar to this, these should fit ;-)
There is a screw port to secure the vents in place. Use PETG or ABS, something more durable and less prone to heat issues than PLA. Nobody wants deformed parts from a hot dash.
+Supports are necessary
+Recommended Infill 50% or better
+Use a brim or raft for print beds with adhesion issues
May be wise to print in black material so that you do not see the part behind the little vents.
