I was inspired to make this when I realized that people like to have options when sharing their contact info. I am also terrible about restocking my wallet with my business cards, also it seems like the wallet gets too fat with a bunch of cards taking up space. No one likes a fat wallet for the wrong reasons.
This is designed to be used on at least a 2TH Prusa XL. A Mk3/4 version will be coming soon.
Be mindful of your bridge settings or use supports on the inside of the card case. It is a 90 mm bridge. If you have no supports and poor bridge settings you will get some significant drooping. Or you know, use supports.
I have attached one as a standard .3MF for regular use and another that has all of my slice settings.
The revised file has some minor improvements, like an additional chamfer and more clearance for the embedded components.
Recommend print settings:
.2 mm layer height
15% infill - honeycomb
concentric top and bottom fill pattern

1- NFC token 0.98 x 0.98 x 0.03 inches (you don't need to use this one as long as the dimensions match.)
