Liquid/short circuit protection caps for a specific style of LiFePO4 batteries, the kind that do 18Ah and have an M5/M6 screw terminal, with the anode on the left. The size of this case is 181mm x 76.4 x 166mm.
It includes an internal strain relief. Pull the cable through, strip it, crimp an adequate terminal, add a screw on top and close the whole thing down with the hex cap. The caps can be tightened down with a M10 spanner (17mm between flats).
Main body printed with 0.3 and the top printed with 0.15 so the threads on the hex caps will work. Separate layer settings for hex caps, same logic - threads with 0.15, body with 0.3. Or just print the whole thing in 0.15mm. Add supports for the main parts and print them with the thread up.
I painted the insides of my hex caps.
