This is a replacement bus for the gearbox cable connection of the Mini Cooper R50. In many cars, unfortunately, the old one breaks. Instead of buying expensive new cables, I chose to only replace the end rubber, which turned out to be a great success.
I printed the part using flexible material (TPU 93A) without using support. However, I adjusted the infill settings within the part. As shown in the slicer photo, the bottom box has 50% infill, the middle section has 20% infill, and the top box has 40% infill. This was done to ensure stability in the top and bottom sections while allowing a bit of flexibility in the middle for the ball joint.
