Clip for the Reusable Bambu Lab spool

The filament clip is intended for Bambu Lab spools that are stored externally, for example in an IKEA container. The normal U-clips all have the disadvantage that they can come loose if the spools touch each other in the filament box.

Take this filament clip away from the Bambu Lab spool when using the spool in the AMS!

The two holes on the Bambu Lab Reusable coil are exactly 30mm apart and the hole diameter is 3.5mm. The Bambu Lab coil has D=200mm and a width of 67mm. Unfortunately, there are differences in the spools and the holes can vary and be smaller than 3.5mm. You can easily widen the hole with a round file.

I tested the clip on several Bambu Lab PLA spools in all positions and my clip fits perfectly.

Remove the clip again:
With a little force you can easily remove the clip by hand or you can use a small screwdriver on the narrow joint.

Der Filament Clip ist gedacht für Bambu Lab Rollen, die extern z.B. in einem IKEA-Behälter aufbewahrt werden. Die normalen U-Clips haben alle den Nachteil, das sie sich lösen können wenn sich die Rollen gegenseitig in der Filament Box touchieren. 

Nehmen Sie diesen Filament Clip von der Bambu Lab Rolle weg, wenn Sie die Rolle in der AMS verwenden!

Die beiden Löcher sind bei der Bambu Lab Reusable Spule genau 30mm voneinander entfernt und der Loch Durchmesser ist 3.5mm. Die Bambu Lab Spule hat D=200mm und eine Breite von 67 mm. Leider gibt es Differenzen bei den Spulen und die Löcher können abweichen und kleiner als 3.5mm sein. Mit einer Rundfeile kann man das Loch einfach erweitern.

Ich habe den Clip an einigen Bambu Lab PLA-Rollen in allen Positionen geprüft und mein Clip passt perfekt.

Den Clip wieder entfernen:
Mit etwas Kraft kann man den Clip von Hand sehr leicht wieder entfernen oder man verwendet einen kleinen Schraubenzieher an der schmalen Fuge.
