Attaches where the original probe is mounted. 
The holes for the probe are big enough to have threaded inserts. 

I don't know if this would work with the AUX fan. I have mine removed.

You should measure Y offset yourself as it depends on whether you use thread inserts or screws and even how you install heated inserts. It all may have different results.
