Ender 3 - Magduct backplate replacement
I wanted to use Bosco Lau's magnetic duct on my standard Ender 3, so I modified the backplate to support that machine.

Differences of the remix compared to the original
Increased the size of the holes that interface with the gantry plate to fit less snugly.
Cut out a half round on the front face to allow Phaetus Dragonfly hot end compatibility.
Removed material on the rear of the plate to clear fasteners on Ender 3 gantry plate.
Added other clearances where I thought would be handy.
