Lift off hinges for 2020 extrusion doors

Designed for easy removal of 2020 extrusion doors.  Has alignment guides on back and uses M5 flat head bolts and M5 T-Nuts.  Each hinge assembly needs a 5mm x 37mm steel rod.  The lower part of each hinge assembly is the one with the closed bottom for hinge pin.  Put a drop or two of super glue in that hole and push steel rod in.

There are left and right hinges, the difference is where the stationary half is located. 

I printed mine in PC but PETG would work well too.  Avoid any brittle filaments so you can tighten them down good without the taper on flat head bolts cracking the hinges.
