Frequently projects require spacers, stand-offs, or washers to aid in fitting parts together. This set of models is designed to scaled in the Slicer to the size you require. Each model has an internal diameter of 1mm, a thickness of 1mm, and with the wall thickness of each model varying in increments of 0.25mm as follows :
Each of these models can be scaled in the Slicer (I use PrusaSlicer, but the Scale function should be available in all Slicers) to create a stand-off of the desired size. For example, to create a standoff with a 10mm internal diameter and a thickness of 5mm, the model would be scaled as follows :
When scaling a model, choose the model that will give the wall thickness you require for your application.
Note : When opening some of the STLs in PrusaSlicer, I get an [incorrect] error message ("The object is too small") and that the part dimensions are in inches; however, they are all in millimeters. Simply reply No to the error message to proceed.
I recommend :
A solid print can be obtained by setting the number of perimeters sufficiently high; otherwise, set the number of perimeters and the infill density to meet your requirements.
