I used it for my very specific setup to smoothly feed filament from spool arms to the extruder. Works better for me, since the filament is pulled from the middle of the roll and not from the side (like when you directly pull it between both spools). Since it's using a magnetic link, i can change from left/right roll to print from my filament box from above or below. You might adjust the PTFE tube a bit shorter than me, i simply don't do high prints so I'm fine with that.

Just in case someone wants to try something similar, i share my model. It's just a quick edit, but it works fine for me. Using 3 round magnets, 5x3mm. Just slide it into the clip, maybe add a drop of glue. Just added holes as well, so if you ever want to get the magnets back, you can push them out.

• 0,2 layer
• 15% infill (gyroid)
• 4 bottom/toplayers
• 4 walls
• no supports
• orientation, see screenshot
• print slow OR at least two adapter at once, a few cm from each other…so the delicate parts get some time to cool down

(on those screenshots,i just assembled mine 180° head over, ‘cause I’m using an additional bearing for the sensor. Right now I'm using it in the correct orientation without bearing - works fine)
