Differences of the remix compared to the original
Same as the wonderful scalpel handle from @FlorianKogler but with intentionally very tight (~0.1mm) tolerances, so everything clips into place hard and stays very firm.
Also the slot for the blade didn't quite fit my cheapo aliexpress blades, so I've remodeled it for those and it's now 5*2.5mm.
